Join us January 6th for another fantastic Cider Pairing Dinner at the Angry Orchard Innovation Cider House! Chef Shawn Hubbell of Amuzae Catering is back to fill your belly with a four course, farm to table menu complete with a paring of a small batch New York ciders available exclusively at the Cider House. Chef Hubbell’s team uses only the finest local and artisanal ingredients found in the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. You will also enjoy a welcome drink of a highlighted cider style, chosen specifically by our Head Cider Maker, Ryan Burk. This month’s supper will feature our new Farm Hopped Cider made with hops from our friends at Westtown Brew Works! We’re thrilled to share our newest collaboration with you which highlights local hops such as Brewers Gold, Centennial, and Cascade Hops. Space is limited. Gratuity NOT included.
