In this unique event designed to help you recognize and describe the 4 primary aspects of wine, you’ll be tasked with making small adjustments to four glasses of our NYC Cabernet to enhance those aspects in a small chemistry experiment unlike anything you experienced in high school.Taste firsthand how black tea enhances the wine’s tannins, how lemon juice draws out the acidity, how vodka highlights alcohol content, and how sugar makes a wine sweeter, all while comparing the adjusted glasses to a “control” glass of wine to really give your palate a workout. By the time we’re done, you’ll have a keen sense of how to evaluate and recognize these key aspects of a wine, and you’ll learn an interesting activity to show your friends that will turn you all into wine tasting pros in no time.
Small plates to be served, with our full brunch menu available a la carte. Doors open at 12:45pm.
