Founded by John Conkling in 1856, Laurel Grove was created during a time when cemeteries were not only a final resting place, but a place where the citizens could take a long walk or enjoy a carriage ride. Nowadays is also a favorite swimming and diving spot.
Pilates at Laurel Grove was born out of our love for the great outdoors and wandering spirits. Expect to breathe deeper, improve your posture, strengthen your core, make friends, and take fantastic pictures.
You’ll need to drive to the designated parking lot and take an easy stroll to the workout destination. The entire experience will last one hour.
