This interactive dinner features the amazing talents of Chef Shawn Hubbell who demonstrates each course, fielding questions and sharing tips and tricks to improve your cooking skills. Art Soons also shares a behind the scenes farm update. The evening begins at the awesome Orchard Hill Cider Mill Tasting Room next door with appetizers. Sample our hard cider or one of mixologist Donnan’s unique cocktails as you browse the curated selection of wines and ciders to pair with your dinner.
As we feature the produce of Soons and other local producers, each menu is typically announced close to the dinner date. $60 pp. More details and past menus at our website.
