Hudson Valley Restaurant Week Announces Spring 2021 Lineup

Fishkill, NY – April 1, 2021 – Make your reservations for Spring 2021 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week. The list of participating restaurants is now live on valleytable.com/hvrw.  From new eateries to familiar favorites, more than 100 restaurants are participating in this annual celebration of the local culinary scene.  Reservations are suggested as space fills quickly.

New restaurants participating in 2021 include The Chianti Cow Restaurant, Bellacosa Wine & Tapas Bar, and Millstream Tavern. Among the returning favorites are Dino’s Vigneto Café, Chutney Masala Indian Bistro, and The Grille at Nyack. 

Spring 2021 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week has been moved to May to allow patrons to enjoy dining outdoors during the warm spring days and nights. From May 10 – 23 chefs throughout the Hudson Valley will be celebrating the return to restaurant dining with delicious, creative dishes highlighting the bounty of ingredients that comes each spring. With safety protocols in place and special prix-fixe menus for dining indoors, al fresco, or taking out, these restaurants are ready to serve you their very best. Throughout the two-week event, restaurants will be offering 3 course, prix-fixe lunches at $22.95 and dinners at $32.95.

A biannual event held each Spring and Fall, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is the perfect time for local residents to show their support for the restaurant community and continue to drive the eat-and-drink-local movement. Past participating restaurants served an estimated quarter of a million patrons and reported an average 25% increase in business, collectively generating an estimated economic impact of $10.2 million in sales revenue. Participating restaurants span seven counties in the Hudson Valley (Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Ulster, Orange, Sullivan and Dutchess counties) and offer a wide variety of cuisines.
